Extensions that survive the next release
Custom development on Finance and Supply Chain, and Copilot Studio agents, should close a real gap. If it fights the product, it will cost you every update cycle.
The fastest way to trap a D365 program is to rebuild standard processes as custom code. We extend when the product cannot express a genuine operational requirement, and we keep those extensions thin, documented, and upgrade-aware.
Our default stance
- Prefer configuration, then Copilot Studio or Power Platform, then a first-party extension.
- Never clone a standard form to tweak a label.
- Treat ISV and custom layers as liabilities that must earn their keep.
That discipline is what lets live clients absorb Microsoft's release waves without a six-week regression fire drill. If you already have a heavy customization estate, we can map what to keep, what to retire, and what to replace with standard or low-code.
Implementation, recovery, and extensions are the same craft at different moments in the lifecycle. We stay for all three.
